After completing registration, download, read, print and sign the Photo Release Form, and the Parental Permission Form.  Bring these forms with you to the festival and turn them in when you check-in on Saturday, February 21st.

Fee Structure:

Registration fees include entry to all festival events. Note that some registration options include ICA membership. 
Current ICA Members: $50
ICA Non-members: $75 (includes new ICA membership)
Middle School Students: $50*
High School and College Students: $75 (includes new ICA membership)
UAB Students, Faculty and Staff: Free**
Middle or High School Parents or Guardians: Free (up to two per student)***

*Middle School students wishing to receive ICA membership may register at the High School/College Student price.
**UAB students, faculty, and staff are required to complete the paper registration form and present it at check-in with their Blazer ID to receive free registration.
***Middle and high school students may be accompanied by up to two parents/guardians. The number of companions should be indicated on the registration form.  Non-clarinetist companions may attend all festival events and exhibits.
